Get to know Robbyn
Dedicated to the Real Estate industry for over 23 years Robbyn is a local business owner specializing
in running an independent company without the restrictions large corporations place on buyers and sellers during the
purchase or sale of their property.
Robbyn has a comprehensive multi level marketing campaign including over 50
on-line Internet marketing sites direct e-mail marketing and print marketing. Robbyn has not only gained the personal knowledge
to run her own Real Estate Company but continues to train and educate herself and her associates on the best most technically
advanced methods to market properties. She is aware that technology is changing at an amazing pace and she makes a concerted
effort to learn and implement those advancements to keep her clients marketing on the cutting edge. Robbyn
is extremely involved in her community as well. Robbyn was elected to the Crescenta Valley Town Council in 2009 and is now
serving her second term. Robbyn is the Corresponding Secretary, the Town Council web-master, chairs the Youth and Seniors Committee and Co-Chairs the Streets and Roads committee. In addition to all of her efforts
on Town Council Robbyn is a co-founder and President of ASTER, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Senior Citizens in the Foothill communities proper resources and information.
Just recently, June 2011Robbyn was appointed to the Glendale Unified School District Bond Oversight Committee. Robbyn
has a long history in the real estate industry. Robbyn took over the business from her parents in 1984 at that time the Company
was called Many Mansions Realty. Robbyn's parents had two locations for their business one in La Crescenta and one in Sunland.
Robbyn's parents ran their business in the Foothills for well over 20 years. As Robbyn's parents left the Real Estate industry
they went into the building aspect of real estate. Robbyn's parents built custom homes in Glendale, La Crescenta and Montrose.
So as you can imagine Robbyn has a strong knowledge not only of real estate she also has a background in building and of course
an immense knowledge of the Foothill communities as well. Robbyn continues to run her business
in La Crescenta. She made a move from her long time Montrose location when her father became sick with cancer. Robbyn knew
the importance of being closer to her family and taking care of her Dad was naturally more important. Robbyn has lived
in the Foothills for 47 years. She currently resides in La Crescenta with her husband and daughter. Robbyn ‘s family
also live in the La Crescenta Glendale annexed areas. Robbyn has deep roots in the community which provides her with an unwavering
and intricate knowledge of the area which is an asset she shares with her clients when they are making decisions to buy or
sell. Her clients find her commitment to her business, community and family a true sign of good character and strong ethics.

Honoring Those Who Help Our Kids They are the first
to walk out into a busy street full of drivers that are seemingly all in a hurry. They are armed only with a handheld stop
sign and a yellow vest. These are the crossing guards that have become so much a part of the elementary school landscape that
at times it is easy to take them for granted but on Thursday night the Crescenta Valley Town Council will do what they can
